Sound Healing Journeys
A 30min guided journey with Tibetan singing bowls.
Best done at night before going to sleep as it is going to relax you very deeply.
To prepare, make space for yourself, ask those around you not to disturb you, and turn off your phone.
Prepare the space you're in by opening the window for a bit to allow for fresh air, light a candle or put on some natural incense.
It can be nice to cover your eyes so that you can completely let go of the outside world.
As this is a deep relaxation journey you may find yourself wanting to sleep right after.
As such, there is no voice guidance at the end of the journey to allow for this.
