We are always interested to hear from photographers, videographers, directors, bloggers, journalists, artists, and creators of any kind who would like to join us to capture some moments from our events.
We have had creators joining us before on some exchange form according to their personal intention. Some times it was about getting a discount as a participant, other times a project they were working on or to experience shooting an event like ours for their own personal reasons.
So far we’ve had:
photographers
film directors
a TV crew
bloggers
As a creator you could join us in one of the following capacities:
a) as a participant for a heavily discounted ticket rate (equal time as a participant/creator)
b) as a participant in exchange for a free ticket (more time as a creator than a participant)
c) as a non-participant in exchange for a creator spot in our expedition (you cover your own travel expenses)
d) as a non-participant for a creator spot in our expedition (we cover your travel expenses)
In all cases we would be covering all expenses while on the event and we would be looking for an exchange for content from or about our expedition. Details of duration & volume of content to be discussed and agreed depending on your intention to attend upon receipt of your application.
